What is a Pallet Lifter?
A pallet lifter is a fixed vertical transportation system designed for four-way shuttles:
- Motor-driven with typically 11kW power
- Designed specifically for shuttle passage
- Requires floor openings between levels
- Accommodates both pallets and shuttles
Multi-Floor Operation
When a shuttle needs to access a different floor:
- The shuttle enters the pallet lifter
- Lifter transports it to the target floor
- Shuttle exits and continues operation
This creates a unified multi-floor warehouse where every pallet position is accessible from any floor.
