Continuous Safety Improvement
Our four-way shuttles have evolved through five generations, with the sixth in development. Each iteration addresses safety issues discovered in real-world operations.
Sensor Suite
Every shuttle carries over 10 sensors for various safety functions:
- Obstacle detection — identifies objects in the path
- Collision prevention — coordinates with other shuttles via WCS
- Load positioning — ensures pallet stability
- Edge detection — prevents falls at rail boundaries
- Proximity sensors — maintains safe distances
WCS Monitoring
The Warehouse Control System tracks every shuttle's position in real-time. If a shuttle fails, the dashboard immediately alerts operators, and other shuttles automatically detour around the stopped unit.
Safety is not an afterthought — it's built into every generation through continuous iteration.
